AquaChem operates from a 3000 square feet office/warehouse facility in Dunboyne just 12 miles from Dublin. This facility allows the company to offer in-house training courses for up to 30 people.
AquaChem now offers the following services to keep your building’s water safe:
- We offer a full range of short in-house tailored training programmes on Water Treatment and Hygiene Services either on site or at our new training facility in Dunboyne. Programmes are available on Powerpoint and on CD free of charge to our customers.
- We have prepared Water Treatment Guidelines on CD called “Simplifying Water Treatment the AquaChem Way” and this is also available free of charge to our customers.
- We supply and service all types of softeners and filters together with a complete range of UV sterilisation systems.
- Design, supply and installation of Water Treatment systems for newly constructed or refurbished plants.
- Treatment programmes for boilers, cooling, chilled, potable and effluent treatment systems offering all products manufactured to ISO 9001 standards.
- Remote Monitoring and Control systems.
- Tailored pre-commission cleaning, flushing in line with BSRIA 2001 guidelines using our biodegradable range of ChemSperse® pre-cleaning chemicals with full supporting analytical services including certification for all new and refurbished systems.
- Cost effective pre-treatment plant, dosing and control systems.
- Supply of Reverse Osmosis and UV Sterilisation systems.
- Our unique ChemSperse® range of non-acid rust removers with in-built corrosion inhibitors for on-line or off-line cleaning of corroded heating, closed cooling and chilled water systems.
- Cleaning and sterilisation of cooling towers, tanks and other water systems.
- Legionella Risk Assessments to comply with Irish Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Biological Agents) Regulations 1994 and 1998 and NDSC Management of Legionnaires Disease in Ireland Guidelines 2002.
- Legionella and E. coli bacteria testing service with full reports and recommendations.

Free Health Check and Technical Report
AquaChem also offer the AquaCare® Programme, which involves a detailed safety and technical survey of your site covering all systems which generate aerosols (droplets) when using water. It shows you where you are most at risk from the Legionella and other types of micro organisms which can have severe health implications for all people visiting your buildings. It also helps you to look at ways to protect your heating and chilled water systems which in turn helps to save money for your facility.
